Shared lounge, kitchen, dining room and a refurbished bathroom. Lovely sunny back garden. You can expect a very clean, tidy, quiet house and ideally looking for a quiet, respectful peron. Female preferred, overnight guests are not permitted. Sometimes my mum's dog comes to stay so my lodger must be ok with dogs.
