Hello! I have a room available for rent in the house where I live.
Practical stuff.. good size double, furnished with wrought iron double bed, small wardrobe, desk, drawer and cupboard storage. Original features throughout the house. Tv aerial in room.
Shared living area and bathroom. Parking is on street but unrestricted by permits. Bills will be included in the price of rent. 3 minute walk to the hospital, 15 mins to town centre, so ideal for hospital staff or students. Must like lizards, as I have a little bearded dragon living here called Loki.
Ideally looking for a Monday-Friday let, but not ruling out a full time lodger. Would suit fun, like-minded, occasional tequila drinker with a 9-5 job. Any questions, just give me a shout. Thanks :)
