The house is 1 minute walk from high street, amenities and bus stops. 10 mins bus ride into centre of York/train station (#1) and also on direct bus route to the University of York (#4). Easy access to A64 for Leeds etc.

I am the 40 year old female owner, however I am very rarely be there as I work away. I am therefore am looking for a tidy, mature, responsible lodgers who will take care of the house and its contents. Mon-Fri lets also considered.
