Hiya a single room will be available from the 7th of Sept. The house is a 4 room house. The landlady is going to make two bathroom house- one in shower room and, one where the existing one is with a small handbasin. The kitchen door will be closed as a wall and the lounge knocked through with much more cupboards and preparation space for the kitchen.
The house is really close to uni west campus and 20' on foot from the city center. We have a garden, a verand, two vaccum cleaners, iron and a washingmachine.
Bills are around 30£/pm.
