Hello my name is Peter and I have a room to let in a two-bedroom only 15 minutes walk from the town centre, and 5-10 minutes from Morrisons and Waitrose.

It is a top-floor room with views of the Minster and Clifford's Tower. You will have a separate bathroom at the bottom of the stairs with a bath/shower. The flat has a well-lit and spacious kitchen/living room. The building is a converted warehouse with a gated entrance and the flat comes with a small garage.

I am a History graduate and I work for the Jorvik Group. In my spare time I volunteer at the Castle Museum. I also enjoy reading books, watching films and I follow both football and American football. I am looking for a like-minded, professional person to share the flat with.

The rent is 550pcm all bills included.

The letting agent will require a £425 bond and a £100 admin fee.
