I'm looking for somebody to take over my room from the 18th of December. The house has four four rooms and the one that I'm leaving is a big double, clean and well furnished.
The rent is 344£, Bills Excluded (4£ internet, 5£ water and the electricity depends on how much you use it, NO GAS). The house is less than 10 minutes from the University of York.
No agency fees
the landlord is a really nice person and the three housemates are nice and clean (two students and one professional).
