We have a 5. 2m x 4m room for rent in our 250 plus year old lodge house. We currently have a 21 year old female lodger and myself 32, who live at home with my partner who is away a lot that is why we only ask for females to apply.
The room has its own lounge aprox 8m x 6. 3m and a stunning bathroom with sauna (see photos). We share the kitchen but this has never proved a problem we have had two lodgers for the last 4 years.
I know you would struggle to find nicer rooms in Kettering, there are good bus routes to the town and we are walking distance to the college.
