Double room is village location

It is with great sadness that I have a double room available to rent. The current occupier has a job in Kent, so it is time to get a new housemate.
The house is a 1930s two bedroom terrace. It is located near the centre of the village and only two minutes walk from the Coop, Post Office and other amenities. It is also only three minutes walk to the pub:). Brixworth is surrounded by beautiful countryside so if you like walking or cycling then it is a great location. There is also a large garage should you need to store bikes etc.
The room is a good sized double at the front of the house and contains a double bed, wardrobe and two bedside tables. The bathroom is large and there is also a downstairs toilet so never any need to wait for a pee.
The kitchen is a good size and has a table that expands to sit four comfortably. The living room contains a TV and DVD player.
The price includes all bills, and a weekly cleaner.
