Excellent Double Bedroom/Bathroom near Kettering

Available is a fully furnished double bedroom available for Monday – Friday let. The house is located in a new build property located in Burton Latimer, only a few miles from Kettering. Also included with the room is use of the master bathroom (bath and shower) which is located directly next door to bedroom (see photo). The room contains a brand new luxury double mattress, bedside cabinets complete with draws, triple wardrobe, and flat screen TV/DVD player. You will be welcome to use the lounge and kitchen as well your bedroom. Our bedroom and bathroom is located on the top floor of a three floor house, meaning a very private bedroom/bathroom for you on the middle floor. There is room on our private driveway if you need a parking space, included in the rent.

The room will be cleaned each weekend, with fresh bedding and towels at the start of each week. All bills including internet are included in the price. The room is ideally suited to, and aimed at a professional looking for a weekday only let. Must be respectful of other people’s property, but other than that we are friendly and easy going. Although a male/female couple live in the house, I largely work away during the week and my fiancée does not get home from work until early evening. I work in motorsport as an engineer and my fiancée as a clinical psychologist.

References will be required. Short term lets will be considered but will cost more, with payment upfront.
