Three rooms to rent in a 4-bed detached house in a very good neighbourhood on OakleyVale.

The house is very clean, with excellent facilities. Fully furnished.

Looking for professional people who can treat the house as a home.

Although the house is 4-bed, I am only looking to rent three of the rooms so that you will have plenty of space. Master room has a ensuite, the other two doubles share a full bathroom. There is a further WC downstairs.

The house also has a conservatory, patio and barbecue area.

All rooms are for single occupation only, no couples.

No smoking allowed.

Cleaner visits twice per week.
