Our lovely house looks out onto a green and is very large. Shared modern kitchen with all white goods and shared lounge with electric fire. Water, electric ,gas and council tax and High speed broadband inc in rent . As well as a cleaner twice a week, who cleans communal areas .
The rooms all have beds and wardrobes and chest of drawers. They also all have aerial points in each bedroom .
Large tv with free view channels in the lounge for all to share.
Lovely happy house that is well cared for by myself and all present tennents.
I'm looking for Someone who is prepared to be clean and tidy and respectful of others .
