Nice double room available in a clean, friendly home. House is three bed terraced in a good area. Shared kitchen & bathroom. Broadband, washing machine & sky tv available.
Would like someone who's easy to live with, tidy and easy going. I work full time during the week, but am home most weekends. Work keeps me busy even when I am home, but I certainly wouldn't be adverse to sharing a bottle of wine occasionally! I'm quiet to live with, but not a hermit.
I am a smoker, but am happy to limit this to the kitchen if it's an issue for you.
I have 1 dog and 2 cats. All are friendly and well behaved. I also have an adult daughter who stays some weekends, she too is friendly and (mostly) well behaved!
