There is large - lounge / kitchen / dinning room / garden and drive parking all available for use. The house is very clean and well maintained inside and out. Smoking is outside only, no smoking at all in doors. The location is just 30mins walk from town centre, 20mins walk to the train station or 25mins walk to get to Sixfields, and a 10 minute drive to Moulton Park. Junction 15a of the M1 is literally 5mins drive away. This house is in a very nice area, with great neighbours.
There is also storage space for a couple of pushbikes should you require.

The potential housemate should be a professional person, but also enjoy having fun and easy to get along with. They must be clean and tidy and respect everyone else's space.
The house is large enough to be 'communal' when you wish, or private enough to disapear to the quiet of your large bedroom if you require peace.
