Next to the double bedroom is a Guest Bathroom with separate bath and shower.
There is a large fully fitted Kitchen/Diner with all amenities including washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, coffee maker, American Fridge etc.,
The front lounge is separate from main private living room and not used by us very much. Includes pine table & chairs settee and bookcase.
We are in a nice house in a quiet cul de sac location.
The house is a family home owned by a married professional couple who work from home.
We are looking for a female professional who has full time employment and would love our cat!
They must be clean, tidy, respectful and a non -smoker. (That's you - not the cat!).
