The house has been recently refurbished (new shared kitchen and En-Suite is fairly new) and has wi-fi throughout. There is plenty of parking and the tenant will have use of their own bathroom with shower. The bedroom has its own bed and wardrobe and the rest of the house is fully furnished. The room has a downstairs and upstairs section so 1 can be used as a bedroom and the other as an office/personal space.
I’m a 30 year old professional who works all week (8: 00-5: 30) and Saturdays, so am not about a huge amount.
