A nice clean/quiet housemate would be a great fit for this house. Ideally suited to a professional.
Bills included: Water, gas, elecricity. Fast wireless internet available throughout house! Shared kitchen / bathroom and living room. Ample parking at front and rear of the property. Two minute walk from Tesco Local which is always handy. Garden to the rear of the property; very nice to sit out in during the summer.
The kitchen was refitted last year and has brand new cupboards / surfaces. Brand new oven sink and fridge as well.
I've also invested in a big wooden table with a bench, a new sofa and a new TV which has been fitted to the wall. This comes complete with chromecast.
I'm a freelance digital designer so I sometimes work onsite and sometimes from home. This is a happy and peaceful household where fellowship with the housemate would be great too :)
