Earls Barton village is a nice and quiet location between Northampton and Wellingborough, with easy access to A45 and A4500 which makes it easier to commute either by public transport or by car.

The property has a bus stop nearby (just 5 minute walk away from the property). Earls Barton has everything you need, including:

About the property:

About the room:
The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. It is next door to the bathroom.

I want to pay monthly. Will you accept monthly payments?
Yes. We can provide flexibility to suit your needs. You have the option to either pay weekly or monthly. If you pay weekly, it will be £80 deposit (one off payment), and £80 a week. Or it will be £80 a week deposit and £350 a month, starting on the 1st of each month. If you decide you want to pay monthly but you want to move in during the middle of the month, we will calculate what you need to pay during the remaining period of the month.

I want the room, but I cannot pay you until I move in:
We would like you to at least pay the £80 deposit so that the room is secured for you, ready for when you move in. Once you move in, then your weekly or monthly rent payments can start.

How much notice do I have to give to you if I am moving out?
We would like to have at LEAST 1 months' notice. This gives us time to advertise the room again to find another tenant in time for when you move out.

Other information that you may need or want to know:
• We do not mind smokers, but we kindly ask that you smoke outside the house due to fire and safety purposes
• We do not accept couples as it is only a single room and we do not want to overcrowd the house
• We cannot accept DSS or housing benefits (sorry!)
