Offered is a large recently decorated double room, with of course access to living room / kitchen (and use of all kitchen equipment) and any other area of the house. There is a spare single room too, primarily used as a laundry room.


The house is situated in a quiet area of Delapre, with room for 2/3 cars on the drive.

There is a large garden, and pretty huge patio area that has proved useful over the summer!

The downstairs was completely refurbished in January including pretty much all replastered, new kitchen, sofa, everything!

I would be happy to offer a discount for Monday - Friday only.

Personally, I work allot and enjoy relaxing in the evening, so would like someone that is easy going.
