Room To Rent In A Beautiful House Bills+Wifi Incl

the terms are when you move in we ask for the first 4 weeks rent which is £360 then after the 4 weeks you pay 90 a week

we have a nice sized double bedroom we are two sisters who live together with are 2 friendly cats we are 15 minute walk from town 2 minutes from the corner shop and asda supermarket there is also a few takeaways, 4 cafes, a lovely big park, golf course and gift shop round the corner.
all bills & wifi are included in the £90. 00

you will need your own toiletries like toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo ect...

we do have a fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, blender,
BBQ and slow cooker you can use.

also have a computer and tv downstairs you can use plus free wifi

the room is cream walls(you are not allowed to paint them) and light beige flooring with brown curtains and a fire place(it cannot be used though)it is a double room it is not furnished so you will have to bring your own things like bed wardrobe etc.....
