Hello,
I'm looking for a housemate more then a tenant. I have a large two bed with two bathrooms, large kitchen, living room and also spacious garden with parking at the front of the property.

The room for rent is a spacious room with large three door wardrobe, bed and mirror. There is a sky record box in your room as well as throughout the house. WiFi and all other house hold items are available. Any questions just ask.

I work all over the UK, spending a few nights away on a regular basis. I have two rabbits that need their bowls topping up while I'm away if possible.

There is an ADT alarm system on the house with outside safety lights but their more for comfort and peace of mind.

Ample storage for anything you bring or wish to store here. This is very much a pet friendly house so please feel free to bring any pets you may have or wish to get.

The house is kept very clean and I'd like someone who doesn't mind cleaning up after themselves.

The village of GREENS NORTON has roughtly 2000 residents with pub, social club, post office, shop, doctors, pharmacy all in walking distance. McDonald's, Tesco, waitrose, aldi, and everything else is only 2mins away in Towcester. Milton Keynes is straight down the A5, 15mins and you're there and likewise for Northampton but along the A43. Brackley, Daventry and Silverstone are all just a few miles away.

Dan takes a lot of pride In looking after the house and garden so you'll always find it clean. We've become good friends and even taken up things together like ice skating and rock climbing. Really spacious house, modem kitchen, can always feel like I have my own space.
