We have a large en suite double room avaliable in Higham Ferrers, NN10. The house has 2 other roommates in the property. There is also a spare room for an office space as well as normal communal areas.

Spacious, private, bright double room with an ensuite. It is on the top floor of the three storey house. It also has lots of cupboard space, and is furnished. It is the primary bedroom in the property. The bed is a king size bed.

The house is beautiful, spacious and well kept. There are two other people in the property, both between 20-30 years old. Everyone is clean and tidy and working professionals. We are relaxed and get on well, but also respect each other’s space.

There is a kitchen and a communal living room on the bottom floor, which opens out into a small garden. There is also a downstairs toilet.

We are hoping to find someone who is clean and tidy, respectful and will fit into the relaxed atmosphere in the house.

Please note that the bills are not included, and are around £100 a month

We can be flexible on moving dates, ideally in March.
