My room is on the ground floor and your room with en-suite will be on the first floor. The kitchen and lounge are on the first floor. There is a 40" tv in the living-room and a 40" tv in your bedroom. The room is fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe.
There is plenty of room in the garage for storage.
The house in general is modern and centrally heated. There is a gas hob and electric oven but no microwave.
Your food, drinks, toiletries e. t. c. are your responsibility.
I am a smoker myself, so smokers are welcome. However, you have to enjoy your cigarette outside of the house please.

The deposit is £200 while the rent is £135/week. It's a beautiful, clean, tidy house.
I would consider professionals for just one day accommodation for the amount of £35.
