Female Only House Kettering Town Centre

Furnished, very large, double room available for a friendly, non-smoking female. This is a female only house so please don't apply if you are male, you will not be considered.

About the house:
* Walking distance to the town centre, station and hospital
* Big, warm and friendly house although a bit scruffy - we are doing it up but it is a slow process!
* Big kitchen with dishwasher
* Two bathrooms
* Weekly cleaner
* Wi-fi
* Shared living and dining rooms
* Garden

We are all working so this is not a party house. We are looking for a friendly female who is respectful of others and happy to do their own washing up or put the dishwasher on (and empty it!) and not leave a big mess in the kitchen. You must like cats as we have two (Tom and Jerry).

The boring stuff:
* You must be female (if you are male, please don't apply, you will not be considered)
* You must be working or a student
* Rent is £72 per week payable fortnightly or monthly by standing order (£312 calendar monthly)
* Bills and wi-fi are included so nothing extra to pay
* Deposit £288 equivalent to four weeks rent)
* Credit check and references taken at a cost of £30
