The room is very spacious with two built in wardrobes. It has a TV point with excellent freeview and terestrial reception. There is a shared kitchen (recently refurbished), living room, bathroom and a large south facing garden - ideal for BBQ's in the summer! On road parking is available.

The kitchen is well equipt with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, iron and ironing board.

All bills: water, gas, electric, council tax, TV licence, broadband (wifi) Virgin TV are included. Please note this excludes the telephone.
