Double room in large terraced house. The room in fully furnished. Shared Facilities for Bathroom and Kitchen both of which are brand new. There is also a garden (i have a gardener)with patio set and bbq.
Wireless broadband is available but there is no TV at present although this can be arranged if you really want one.
I do have small dog and fish so any one interested must like animals.
I do allow smoking in the house if required but not upstairs in bedrooms please.
I also have a 2nd spare room that could be made available as a sitting room (i would charge more though so that's up to you.
