Free wireless broadband Internet and Sky TV is provided in the living room. Sky Freeview in the bedroom. If you have a car - there is easy free on-street parking.

There are 3 local supermarkets within easy walking distance. One is 24/7. The town is only 5 mins walk and the station is 20 mins walk.

There is a large, sunny garden and room for bike storage. A comfortable lounge and kitchen and clean white bathroom with bath and shower. Second downstairs toilet is about to be installed.

There is a cat called Sassie, who lives in the house.

Mature single professional lady preferred. No couples please.
