We have one great size double room available for £520 per calendar month (£120/week)

It is a ground floor double room and is fully furnished (we provide a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers and a desk). This room shares a bathroom with just one other person.

The house benefits from off road parking, lovely garden, Virgin Media superfast broadband, TV points in all bedrooms (freeview or satellite tuners), washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

The room rates are all inclusive and therefore your monthly rent covers:-

We would be delighted to welcome working professionals to this lovely house (we regret we cannot accept couples).

In our shared properties we try to ensure a balance between male and female housemates, all of whom are working adults, and we only accept like-minded people who are respectful of others and easy to get on with.

Moulton is a great location, whether you work locally or in the surrounding area. Moulton Park, College and University are very close by (cycling distance!) and there is a bus stop that can been seen from the house – so there is also access by bus to the town centre. The pretty village of Moulton is a twenty minute walk away and has a very nice public house!

Also easily assessable is Kettering, Wellingborough or Milton Keynes - just minutes from the A43/A45.

We do reference all our tenants (employers references, previous landlords, credit checks).

There are no costly agency fees and no hidden fees. Our charges are very straightforward:-

• £50 administration fee for referencing

• One month’s deposit which is lodged with the government approved Deposit Protection Service
