You can move in before September but this would be when we are still living in the house and would have to buddy up for a month or so. Happy to talk this through if needed.

Myself and my partner are off travelling for 4 months. Hence the short term let. Our house is beautiful in a very quiet area with amazing countryside walks.

The tenant can use all the facilities in the house. Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Dining room and living room leading onto a courtyard garden.

Upstairs you would have access to a bedroom with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe, under bed storage and en-suite with shower.

You would have use of the whole house bar our bedroom for 450pcm
Included all bills.

Whole house is furnished.

We have a small dog, he is overly friendly and will jump up, you just need to be firm with him. If you are scared of dogs then we would advise not to pursue this room. He will be living with my family while we are away but if we end up buddying up for a couple of months then Teddy will be there.

The house will be let through an agent as we will be out the county we need someone to look after the place should you have any questions/ issues. There will be a £150 fee for reference and financial checks, this will be paid direct to the agent. Also your deposit will be held in a secure deposit scheme.
