Hi there,
I am renting out my large single furnished room in Northamptons, Semilong area. This is close to the town centre and train station. There is wireless broadband in the house.
You would be sharing just with myself. I am a 45 year old male. I do smoke, but never in the house, so smokers of a like mind would be welcome. Also I am away most of the working week. So you would be able to have the run of the house.
Pets would be open to discussion.
I do like to keep the house tidy and would appreciate it if any sharers would do the same.
I am open for any type of person to share with.
