Single room for rent in quiet area, close to University, Kettering Rd, Moulton Park and Kingsthorpe. Morrissons is only 10 min walk away and Kingsthorpe is 15-20 mins walk.

We have virginmedia tv and wireless internet. All bills included except telephone. Rent includes an evening meal mon-fri, ideal for anyone who can't cook or can't be bothered to cook properly for 1!

There is a newly decorated downstairs cloakroom, fully refurbished main bathroom with electric shower upstairs is shared.

May suit student as it's only 15mins walk to park campus, about 20-30 mins to Avenue Campus. However, please be aware this is not a student share.
Also can walk to Moulton Park in 20 mins.
Plenty of parking is available on the street outside the house.

We have 2 dogs and a chinchilla in case you have any allergies or hate animals!!
