Large double room in 3 story townhouse by derngate

Hi,

I have a large double room to rent in a 3 bedroom 3 story townhouse on a lovely estate in the town centre. It would easily fit a double or king size bed in.

There is a family bathroom next to the room which would pretty much be yours with a bath/shower over bath as I would use the shower/toilet in my room...

It takes 2 minutes to walk to the town centre but is on a lovely hidden quiet estate. Parking available free of charge.

Facilities include unlimited broadband, 3d tv, large living room/dining room large kitchen 3 bathrooms office garage, dishwasher washing machine fridge freezer tumble dryer.

Room is unfurnished. All bills included.

I am female, 27 years old and I work from home. I enjoy watching films, seeing friends and trying new things. I love going out with my friends now and again but essentially I like my home to be a quiet relaxing place. That said, of course I wouldnt mind your friends or partner coming over, just don't really want a party house...

The house is across the road from morrisons so is very convenient for petrol/food shopping. Walking to the train station takes ten minutes. The house overlooks a large park which is nice to walk around.

I'm clean, friendly, and would like to have a new friend rather than just a housemate. I would respect your privacy as I like my own space as much as the next person

Smokers are ok but you would have to smoke outside.
