Double room in friendly home (Mon-Fri Only)

This is a Monday to Friday let (no weekends) for a working professional.

The room is a double bedroom overlooking the garden; it's furnished with a wardrobe, set of drawers, a comfy chair and double bed. A table and seat are also available if needed.

There is a separate (from mine) guest bathroom (it is a downstairs bathroom)

My guest can use shared spaces downstairs - kitchen, living & dining room.

Parking is free on street parking - it can get busy but there's usually something nearby.

All bills included, inc wifi broadband. You can use all kitchen utensils/ pots/ pans/ crockery etc. All guests can help themselves to tea/ coffee etc.

I provide a fresh bath towels each week, and change the bed linen every two weeks.

You'll be friendly, looking for a quiet house and clean/ tidy.

No other guests allowed at any time.
