Single room in nice quiet area

Available for rent is a good sized single room in a friendly house in East Hunsbury. I want someone to feel welcome, relaxed and at home. I would prefer someone who is looking for mon-fri lettings.

The room is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers plus a lamp. I can supply duvet/pillows/bed linen.
The house has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table. Bathroom has shower over bath. Rent is inclusive of all bills and does include Virgin high speed broadband and Tivo TV. The house has radiator heating, a small garden with with grass/patio and a shared parking area with plenty of room.

Please note I do have a small dog but he is very friendly, sleeps in a crate and is not the type to bark much. I do need my housemate to be ok with him and mindful of his safety when coming/going.

The house is on a bus route direct into the town centre and there is a Tesco Express/Chip shop/Chemists a 2 min walk away aswell as the main Tesco Extra a 5 min drive. The house is approx 1 mile from J15 of M1 so good for commuters.
