I have a furnished room with king-size bed in my home in a quiet inner-suburban location, close to plenty of public Green space.

Location especially good for Moulton Park. Both Moulton Park and town centre 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot. Reasonable bus services to both 50m from house. Parking available on the street. Local pubs, respectable supermarkets and my choice Indian (not to mention a genuine Tapas bar) 10 minutes walk.

The room has been recently decorated and is on the rear overlooking the garden with a TV point. Virgin 100meg Broadband, Cable TV, Water, Gas and Electricity included. High pressure gas shower, with gas central heating. Burglar alarm.

I'm looking for a reliable and honest tennant weeknights. I'm fairly relaxed but it's my home so expect you to treat the place like you treat your own. I do need ID and your permanent address.

You wont find me holding loud parties, but probably the occasional BBQ.
