I have a double room available to let.
I'm in my early 30s and work in London as a campaigner for a national charity. Although I'm technically a live-in landlord I spend about 98% of my time living at my boyfriend's so you'll rarely see me. The benefit of this is that I still care about the house and maintain it properly, while you only have to share it with one other person! My other tenant is mid-20s and works as a speech therapist but goes home to Sheffield most wkds.
The room is fully furnished and rent is inclusive of broadband/WiFi, Sky tv, washing machine, dishwasher and use of all communal areas. There is a small courtyard too and it's in a lovely street with permit parking (currently £25 pa) which has a nice community vibe to it.
The room is available from approx 15 January. Being totally honest I don't know how long the room will be available for as I'm thinking of selling the property next year but I will give two months' notice if I do need to end the tenancy. For that reason this let would probably suit someone looking for somewhere between 3-6 mths.
