I have a furnished double room available in a 4 bed detached house in Wakes Meadow, a quiet estate and we're in a cul-de-sac. The house has an open plan living-dining room, entrance hall, kitchen, utility room, decked area and large garden, plus a garage, driveway and space in the road outside the house to park. There is a family bathroom which you would share with one other housemate.

My housemate and I are both young professionals who don't necessarily work 9-5s.

We're looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of their home as well as being sociable and friendly. I do also have a cat, so we're looking for someone who doesn't mind living with an animal.

A regular cleaner is included in the rent.
