The property itself is a high spec and modern throughout .
The huge kitchen offers 2 ovens, 2 fridge/freezers and 2 sinks to ensure there is never a queue in the kitchen. There's loads of cupboard space too.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer which is free to use.

The comfortable living area offers plenty of room to watch the Freeview on the 40" flat screen TV.

Outside there is a beautiful garden with furniture and a lovely aspect with mature trees looked after by our regular gardener.

The current tenants are all hard working people. It is a sociable and friendly house but tenants are very respectful of each others privacy.

I own and manage the property with my wife, Natalie, who keeps an eye on any issues of maintenance that is required. We are always on hand to answer questions and visit the property should the need arise. We only have one other property and so you are always assured of the best attention in times of need and you will always get a friendly and professional service.
