Available furnished or unfurnished, double bed and single can fit in this room if wanted with sky tv (free view) and Internet, in a very large 3 bed house, 30 seconds from Morrison's 2 minutes from Beckets Park and Town, all bills included, deposit will be required however I can be flexible on payment of this. You are more than welcome to decorate your own room if you wish I do not class myself as a landlord, you may have guests etc not an issue, this is an easy going house I simply ask you keep it tidy and clean-up after yourself. Available for viewing now. Communal areas include a Large Kitchen/Diner with washing machine, oven and fridge freezer, living room, 2x atics, two bathrooms, off road parking. Room available now I can be flexible on price for right person.
