Large double room in cosy 1920s home

Double room available in a two bedroom house. Pretty close to the town centre, just a 10-15 minute walk (shorter or longer depending on length of legs). There is also a co-op and an Asda within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as the Racecourse park being about the same distance.

All bills are covered in rent, this includes council tax, water, gas, electricity, sky TV, and Internet. Netflix and lovefilm are also included. Shared use of kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. All rooms are large in size.

Personally, I am relaxed and tidy but not insistent on things being absolutely spotless. I'm easy to get on with, and would be looking for someone simular - though who would really describe themselves as difficult to get on with? I play guitar, this won't be at random times in the morning or night. I also have a big passion for music and comedy and try to see as much of both live as possible.

The bedroom is furnished, there is a memory foam double bed, desk, bookshelf, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The fireplace isn't usable but there is central heating.
