I have a lovely double room available in a really nice, clean and well kept home. It has internet and a communal area. Its very relaxed and quite and would suite someone who would like down time after work.

There is a lovely garden that is private and perfect for summer BBQs. The parking is on street which is good.

The house is located just minutes from the town centres shops, cinema and the theatre. Asda is round the corner and Waitrose is a few minutes away.
There is also a corner shop a stone throw away.

The house would suit a working professional who likes quite time in the evening...and my party days are over so that means it won't be a party house at the weekend.

I'm kind of a live out landlord as I work away. You would be sharing with a lovely professional lady who is 37. She is considerate and very clean. All parties would need to meet before moving in.

I can only do viewings at the weekends.

I will consider couples but the rent would be £600 per month.
Monday to Friday people are welcome.
