Large loft room, daily consumables provided

Hi there, me and my partner our renting 1 large double room. We are ideally looking for a mature responsible person to rent the room. We are a fun, friendly and outgoing couple who likes to be sociable but enjoy our personal time also. We are a mature household and do not want party goers, don't mind the potential lodger having people over to socialise but it is not a party house. Also we have a dog, so the potential lodger should ideally be a dog lover or at least put up with a dog. The rent includes all bills, got all the gadgets in the house like 2 x 3d teles, fibre optic broadband etc. 4 storey Victorian property with 2 bathrooms between the 3 of us but may make 1 bathroom solely yours which will be spoken about in person. There is also 2 reception rooms also so can have your own privacy when needed. The pictures do not do the house justice and is very spacious and always kept immaculate so we expect any lodgers to be the same. We also provide all the cleaning products in the house and all consumables such as washing detergent, toilet paper, hand soap etc . I would consider a Monday to Friday late at a slightly cheaper rate. Thanks hopefully hear from you soon.
