A large double room with en-suite and over looking lovely garden is available now in vegetarian house with live in landlord and daughter. We are a relaxed and friendly family who are looking for an easy going vegetarian or vegan house mate. The room is furnished

The room has a single bed, although if required we could change this for a double, large wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. The en-suite shower room has an electric shower and hand basin.

I lived in the house with my daughter and two lovely kittens, so it has a safe & comfortable family feel.

I'm a vegan and my daughter is vegetarian and it is important that our house mate is also vegetarian of vegan.

The property is a large 3 bedroom semi. It is clean & tidy with character. It has a large living room, kitchen and a family bathroom and separate toilet.

The kitchen offers an oven, fridge/freezer and sink and includes table and chairs for communal dining if appropriate.

The comfortable living area offers plenty of room to relax and includes flat screen TV.

Outside there is a beautiful garden to the front and rear of the house.

The property is located just a few minutes walk from the shops, pubs, restaurants and local amenities of Kingsley. There is a Co-op and Tesco within 2 minutes walk.

The house is within a few minutes walk of both the Racecourse and Abington Park.

All utility bills, council tax and a broadband connection are included. The house is cleaned on a weekly basis.

There is plenty of parking in our street.
