Beautiful house - cleaner & great garden 5 day let

Looking for a relaxed mature house mate to share with my current two lodgers who are both sociable and relaxed. We are looking for somebody to take the remainder attic bedroom on a Monday to Friday let only due to limited storage space. (small set of draws and rail)

It truly is a great house with fantastic bathroom and kitchen. The whole house is to a very high standard with new carpets fitted in the last 12 months. The room has also been completely overhauled in the last 12 months with new carpets and king sized bed.

The garden is also superb and perfect for the summer with a fixed seating area comfortable for at least 6 people.

There is a cleaner that comes weekly.

WIFI, TV and all bills included.

Dishwasher and washer dryer in kitchen.
