I own the property and I am looking for someone to help with the mortgage. All bills included in the price including sky, broadband, council tax & electricity/water. All the usual amenties are available in regards to a washing machine, fridge, cooker, microwave, shower & bath facilities. In regards to parking you would be egilible to apply for a residents pass which would allow you to park in any car park in town. I am looking for someone professional who will treat the place with respect and in return I will respect their need for privacy & I will do everything I can to make them feel at home & comfortable. I have no preference around age or gender and I open to discussion around the terms & conditions of any agreement set up.
