Private garden at rear and offers off road parking. Use of kitchen, one living room, downstairs bathroom and garden. Room for single occupancy for professional employed person age 25+ of good character who is clean, tidy and honest to share with. Smoking is permitted outside only. All bills are included except telephone.

I am a professional, family orientated live in landlady who currently works mainly from home. Double room is available at a rate of £350 pcm, (or £80 per week). Advance of £700 required (£350 deposit plus £350 first month’s rent in advance). Two week’s notice either way. Short Term lets will be considered.
