Beautiful King (5x3.5m) Room in large 2 bed house)

A beautiful quiet very spacious 5 by 3.5m double bedroom (and it is large), with an ensuite, in a lovely large house you have full access to all the facilities with a small garden. It is well positioned for commuters as just off the A5 in Towcester, practically in the countryside but with all the facilities that a town provides. With good links to M1, M40, A43 and the A5 with off road parking for your car. No photos do the room justice, you have to see it to understand how good the room is or the size of the accommodation as over all it is very large. All that have rented the room say this.

What am I looking for a considerate person who is happy to share the shared living space with a professional who travels a fair bit for work. I ideally would prefer a professional, who will value the space as I do. You will have your own fridge/freezer for you and use of washing machine and tumble drier, wifi. There is freeview in the room, no freesat. Unfortunately landline telephone wouldn't be included.

A cleaner also comes in once a fortnight, this is also included in the rent along with Wifi and your own fridge/freezer in the kitchen.

What I don't want couples and no smokers, sorry about that.

You will be sharing with a friendly professional (me) who loves to work and also loves the outdoor life, walking, skiing, golf, tennis and generally enjoying life and is pretty relaxed about life.

What I would expect you is to be clean, tidy and clear up after yourself, I'm sure you understand this. I'm not bothered whether you are male or female having shared with both through out my years and in all honesty not too fussed about your age, just as long as we get along.
