Sunny, airy double room in fun, friendly household
I have a double room to let in my 2 bed semi-detached house. It is part furnished as has a built in cupboard and chest of drawers.
The house is a good size and has 2 living areas so plenty of space. The area is nice and private but close to shops, bus routes and the A45 so it's very easy to get to places.
We have a nice garden which is a sun trap and the room looks out over it.
I have a lovely friendly dog so I need a housemate who likes animals.
I'm really looking for a friendly, fun housemate who is happy to socialise over a glass of wine but also likes their own space.
