Two rooms available in a quiet country village

A quaint, quiet, quirky, friendly country house now has rooms available.

I am a live-in landlady.. I work from home, but I'm away most
weekends. I am looking for easygoing, reliable and tidy folk to would like to live in a village environment.

On the whole we like our own private space, but happy to chat when the opportunity arises.

There is a large kitchen diner, you will have your own fridge.. the single room is directly opposite the bathroom, practically en-suite.
The lodger that was in this room was with me for six years....that's how comfortable and easygoing this house is!

The double-room is huge, 20ft x 16ft.. so there is plenty of room for a couple.

There is parking space for two cars in front of house.. we are tucked away down an access road so there is no traffic.
