A lovely quiet, light double bedroom with a garden view shared master bathroom (with two others), shared living room, garden in quiet cul de sac location. Easy access to motorways via junction 18 M1 (2 miles), or Junction 19 for M6/A14 (3 miles).

Nicely furnished bedroom to let to professional. Large 14'x14' room, having double sized bed, clothes hanging (or single wardrobe if wanted) and ample draw units and large desk with office chair to work on, with own TV. Access to large main bathroom with luxury whirlpool bath, washbasin, toilet and generous double shower. Cleaning and bed laundry included. Ironing by negotiation with the cleaner.

The house is a large four bedroom detached with three reception rooms and an extensive shared living room.
Sky HD TV in the living room with three double sofas. Large and well equipped kitchen having all appliances including dish washer. Further roomy utility room with washing machine and ariel clothes hanger.

There is ample parking space for six cars on the drive. The landlord stops over one to three days per week.
Rugby is easily accessed five miles away with many supermarkets and amenities. There is a local shop and pub in Yelvertoft. Facilities in Daventry has Tesco, Waitrose and a retail parks.

Rugby (7 miles) or Long Buckby (9 miles) train stations are close by. It’s easy to get to London, Birmingham, Northampton, and Milton Keynes. Close to DIRFT and MAGNA park.
