House comprises of a large kitchen and utility room with shared use of facilities and the washing machine, the sitting room has a full sky TV package, a conservatory room with acoustic solution stereo, there is a spare room upstairs which has a TV and free view box and a sofa.

Rent includes all bills excluding use of telephone, you must provide and cook your own meals.
